This Refund Policy describes how to cancel a purchase and request a refund for digital courses and products sold by Alecta Labs LLC on cursolibre.com and other Alecta-operated platforms. This Policy is part of, and complements, our Terms and Conditions.

Because everything we sell is digital — recorded video courses, written materials and downloadable files — refunds work a little differently from physical goods. There is nothing to ship, return or restock. We have written this Policy to be fair, simple and aligned with the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code.

If you are a consumer and you bought a course online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days, counting from the day of the purchase.

  3. Decision: we communicate the outcome by email. For 7-day withdrawal requests, the answer is always yes.
  4. Refund initiation: we instruct the relevant payment processor to issue the refund.
  5. Access revocation: your access to the refunded course is removed.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, via the same payment processor that handled the original transaction. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on the payment method and the rules of the issuing bank or wallet:
